This is a work of NON-fiction.  Yes folks, this one really happened, I didn't
even change the names..  Keep reading if you don't believe me.

Dionne looked up from her register at Target (Bloomington IN) to see what all
the commotion was about.    All she saw a bird flying around by the doors.
 It obviously wanted out but didn't know how to work the electronic sensors.
 But then there are small children who can't figure that one out.
 
Angie shrieked, saying "Keep it way from me!"  She paused and added "I hate
bats"
 
"Oh cool!" Dionne said to herself, wondering if she could get the thing to
land on her.  Just then the poor little bat decided to try the other door,
flying right by Dionne and letting her see it's little leathery wings.  "Yep,
that's a bat."
 
And so business went on.  Oh sure the cashiers were a little slow, but most
of the customers/guests were bat-watching too.
 
Vicki had Jason open the doors so "George" as Jason called him, could get
out, but poor lost little "Frank" as Dionne tried to call him, never looked
that far down from the ceiling.
 
"He's George, he just looks like one" Jason said.
 
"No, that's not right. How about Frank?" Dionne asked.
 
"He could carry rabies, what if he get's in my hair?" Angie saided.
 
"He's following us around the store" a lady said while writing a check.
 
And so the store closed for the night, with the poor lost little bat hiding
in Toys.
 
 
 
"Kyle, did you hear about the bat last night?"  Dionne asked the next day.
 
"Yeah I did.  Darren caught it and put it outside." Kyle answered.
 
"Oh good.  It was so scared.  I even thought of the perfect name for it."
