Knight (we're not fully sure what the "B" might be for But I'd put good money It isn't for "bore"). Now where was I? Telling my tale Oh yes, Nick was out The night of a gale It was quite a storm Went clear on till morn But we're talking night And the rhyming's not right What happened to my scheme It's shifted, it seems >From alternating to pairs No reason for dispair So, it's night and it's dark We've covered that already And creeping through the park Is this creep, named Freddy Now Freddy it seems Was an unsavory lad A liar, a cheat And a bit of a cad And on this night So rainy and dark He was searching for money Out in the park No, not money from work Or any such plan Freddy wanted to steal >From a woman, or a man But Freddy had chosen The wrong night for crime He tried to rob Nick Thinking him prime Prime for the taking Without much to do Since he didn't look tough And dressed well, it's true But Nick, as you know Was stronger by far Being a vampire His strengh's above par He laughed at poor Freddy As he tried to be tough And he took the boy in Without being too rough And at this point Nick pondered And considered and thought I could be a cop Since I'm too rich to be bought I can't be shot I'm darn hard to kill I'm stronger than most And I never get ill Except for the daylight I can handle the night And am more likely to scare others Than be taken with fright So now comes the end I bet you never knew Why Nick became a cop Well, none of it's true Just a short poem About ready to stop About Nicholas B. Knight The vampire cop
