I've never written anything before, and now it's making a Web Page. Thank you!! - Teresa K. NatPack, Nebraska Chapter teresak@itd.sterling.com Story Below **stars** ************************************************************************ Now announcing a new restaurant in town, LUCIENSANKE (pronounced Loo-shanks) ===================================================================== RESTAURANT REVIEW: LUCIENSANKE PRICE RANGE: Moderate to Moderate High A taste of Greece and Transylvania all in one, with a touch of Croatia in there, LUCIENSANKE is not your run of the mill restaurant. Daily specials here include Roast Duck, Duck Blood Soup, Souvlaki, and Blood Sausage. This reviewer can attest that the Roast Duck was quite a delight! The juices just flowed when the skin was pricked by my fork. The soup of the day, Duck Blood Soup, had quite a tang! The aroma was a bit strong, but that didn't seem to affect the many patrons ordering it the night I was there. Mr. Schanke and Mr. LaCroix, co-owners of LUCIENSANKE, did take the time to join me for dinner. "We saw a nitch in the market that had to be accounted for!" Although Mr. Schanke and Mr. LaCroix have a slight diffence in opinion on some of the spices used, (most noted was the lack of garlic), this business seems to be suiting both parties quite nicely, and is sure to become the next big draw of Toronto. - T.
