What is the Virtual Season?

Virtual Season consists of a group of unique and diverse Forever Knight fans who are working together to create a "Virtual Fourth Season" of the Forever Knight television series. The Virtual Season consists of a series of episodes which will be written by various writers. The Virtual Season allows for Forever Knight to live on through the work and dedication of its fans.

Forever Knight is a syndicated television series that aired for three season. It is about Nick Knight, a vampire homicide detective in Toronto, Canada and his quest to regain his mortality. How many episodes are there going to be and often are episodes going to be 'aired'?

There are a total of approximately 24 episodes and they will be aired approximately every two weeks on FKFIC-L. The first episode aired October 31, 1996.

Who are the characters in the Virtual Season?

  1. Nick Knight -- Is a vampire for who was brought across is 1228 and now works in Toronto as homicide detective.
  2. Nat Lambert -- Is a human coroner who knows about Nick's vampire nature is attempting to help him find a cure to his vampirism.
  3. Thomas Westwood -- Is a 31 year old human forensic psychologist who is working temporarily with the Toronto Police Department. He believes that Serena is a vampire and has tracked her to Toronto.
  4. Adam Sakai -- Is Nick's new human partner. He is 30 year old and is of Japanese desent. He is engaged to a 29yrs old caucasian woman, Kelly Hammond.
  5. Lucien LaCroix -- Is the vampire who brought Nick across.
  6. Serena -- Is a vampire that Nick accidently brought across.
  7. Joe Reese -- Is Nick and Adam's Police Captain.

What about previous Forever Knight characters?

  1. Don Schanke -- Nick's former partner. He is dead.
  2. Javier Vachon -- Another vampire. He is dead.
  3. Tracy Vetter-- Another of Nick's former partners. She is also dead.
  4. Urs -- Another Toronto vampire. She is dead as well.
  5. Janette -- Is alive and still a vampire.

Any and/or all of these characters may appear in future episodes if a believable storyline is proposed and accepted.

What is the difference between the Virtual Season and regular fan fiction?

In the Virtual Season everything is planned out for the season. Character and reference bibles as well as arcs are created to ensure the best possible consistentcy from the original Forever Knight and between Virtual Season episodes.
